Sound Engineer/ AVL Tech Faith Church of the Valley - 5.0 Chandler, AZ Job Details Part-time $20 - $30 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Streaming video systems operation Live streaming Music mixing Live event audio projects Video content production Lighting control system operation Audiovisual control systems operation Live production performance Video streaming Studio lighting Full Job Description Seeking a Part-time Sound Engineer/ AVL Tech with sufficient expertise in audio, video, and lighting technology to migrate into a larger Senior AVL Tech Role in the future. This job would start out at 7 hours per week for 2-4 weekends a month, and could migrate into more hours and a larger role over time depending upon the candidate's capabilities. As a minimum this would involve Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.
REQUIRED AUDIO KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
- 3 years' experience in Mixing Live Contemporary Music Worship Services
- Allen & Heath Digital Audio Mixers
- Shure Wireless Mic and IEM Systems
- Dante Audio Networking Management
PREFERRED AUDIO KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
- Allen & Heath d-Live or Avantis Audio Mixers
- Shure PSM IEM & Aviom Monitor Systems
- Shure ULX-D Digital Wireless Mic Systems
- Dante & ANET Audio Networking Management
- Sound System Configuration and Performance Assessment
- Acoustics & SPL Sound Level Assessment
- Music Orchestration, Live & Studio Mixing, and Mastering
REQUIRED VIDEO & LIGHTING KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
- Video Production and Streaming
- Black Magic Design class of Video Equipment
- Stage Lighting and Lighting Design
- DMX and Lighting Controller/ Cue Programming
PREFERRED VIDEO & LIGHTING KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
- Video Editing, Video Encoding Standards, and Video Level Standards
- Video Production Switchers, Analyzers, Processors, Encoders, Recorders, and Streamers
- ETC Eos, ETC Nomad, or similar ETC Lighting Control Console programming and operation
- Color Theory, Multi-DMX channel Mover Fixture Programming, and Lighting for Video
