Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install acoustical ceiling tiles and panels according to project specifications and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate placement and alignment of ceiling systems Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards Conduct inspections during installation to verify proper fit, finish, and adherence to safety protocols Assist with demolition, restoration, or modifications of existing ceiling structures as needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, materials, and debris regularly Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on ceiling installation or related trades such as carpentry or drywall finishing Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, lifts, and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with acoustical ceiling systems including grid installation, tile placement, and fabrication techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings related to ceiling layouts and other construction elements like plumbing or electrical schematics Experience with related trades such as plastering, framing carpentry, roofing, or masonry is a plus Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and ensuring safety compliance Join us in creating inspiring interior spaces!
