Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, demonstrating expertise in installing acoustical systems. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints effectively, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform acoustical ceiling and wall installation with precision and care, ensuring a high-quality finish. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Conduct construction inspections to verify the quality of work completed Operate heavy equipment safely as required for specific projects. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in acoustical systems or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential for successful project execution. Familiarity with construction inspection processes and standards. Strong Communication skills Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day. Experience using construction tools such as: Laser levels, Chalk lines, Power drills, Chalk lines, Tin snips, Measuring tapes.
