Job Description
Looking for local SD Sound Mixer, with their own kit to provide, that is fluent in both English and Spanish for 1 day unscripted / doc style shoot. Must have experience working in unscripted / reality / documentaries and are used to run and gun environment. Labor rate of $650 per 10hrs with OT after 10hrs. 30 min lunch off the clock. Sound Mixer must have their own gear. Kit rental fee of $600 per day. Kit required should include the following basic items listed below, but doesn't need to be exactly the same:
- 1 Sound Devices 633 (or similar) with Sound Bag & Harness, Lectrosonics Wireless (or similar) and Power Distro System
- 1 Boom pole
- 1 Sennheiser MKH-416 (or similar)
- 1 Lectro IFB Transmitter (or similar)
- 1 Lectro IFB Receiver (or similar)
- 1 Camera hops
- 1 Timecode Lockit boxes
- 3 to 5 Lavaliers / Wireless Mics (exact # to be confirmed) More details to follow for applicants that have the necessary experience & credits.
