Our mission is to inspire creativity, build technical skills, and encourage storytelling through sound in a fun, hands-on environment. Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sound Design & Foley Instructor to lead engaging classes for students in Grades 3-8. In this role, you'll guide students through the creative process of recording, designing, and editing sound, while helping them understand how audio enhances storytelling. What You'll Do Teach the fundamentals of Foley and sound design in a fun, accessible way Guide students in recording, editing, and layering sounds for videos and storytelling projects Introduce tools such as Logic Pro and GarageBand for sound creation and mixing Develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans across grade levels Foster creativity, collaboration, and experimentation in the classroom Supervise the safe use of recording equipment and studio tools Organize mini-projects and showcases where students present their work What We're Looking For Experience in sound design, Foley, or audio production Proficiency in Logic Pro and GarageBand Experience teaching or mentoring children or teens Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills A passion for storytelling through sound and creative education Nice to Have Background in film, multimedia, or audio engineering Experience designing structured, age-appropriate lesson plans Hands-on experience creating sound effects for video, animation, or games Why Join Sound Club?
