Studio:

Anjeza Music LLC is a premier, high-tech production facility located in Kendall. We cater to independent and commercial artists recording across a wide array of genres, with a heavy focus on Christian/Contemporary Worship, Pop, Latin (Reggaeton, Bachata, Salsa), Rock, Afrobeats, and Flamenco Fusion. We are seeking a highly skilled, efficient, and versatile In-House Producer/Engineer to run tracking sessions, collaborate on songwriting, build contemporary beats, and deliver commercial-grade mixes.

STRICT STUDIO SYSTEM POLICY

Our room is a highly optimized, permanently calibrated hybrid analog/digital ecosystem. To protect our hardware routing, we operate a strict closed-system policy. Outside laptops, external mobile audio interfaces, and personal re-cabling of our racks are strictly prohibited. The hired engineer must work exclusively on the studio's in-house workstation and pro-configured hardware matrix.

Required Hardware & Software Fluency:

You must have immediate, hands-on familiarity with high-end signal chains and gain-staging. You will be operating our flagship gear: Rupert Neve Designs Shelford Channel Strips Solid State Logic (SSL) Analog Hardware Apogee Symphony Studio I/O conversion matrix Focal & Yamaha Monitoring Systems Telefunken microphones & 88-key weighted key stations

DAWs:

Deep, fluid speed in at least one (ideally all) of our house

DAWs:

Steinberg Cubase, Image-Line FL Studio, and Avid Pro Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Run flawless, high-energy tracking sessions, including real-time vocal tuning/pitch correction during recording to maximize artist performance. Assist clients with on-the-spot contemporary beat making, music theory arrangement, and songwriting/lyric structure adjustments. Execute commercial-grade mixes within structured production blocks (assigned as guaranteed 3-hour, 5-hour, or 6-hour blocks paid out at $60, $100, or $120 per song depending on track complexity).

Requirements:

MUST include a direct link to a portfolio (SoundCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or website) featuring production/beat samples and vocal tracking work. Applications without audio links will be archived immediately. Must be local to Miami-Dade County and able to reliably commute to our studio in Kendall. Impeccable ear for analog gain-staging, microphone placement, and digital clocking.
