Job Description
Hiring for both A1/A2
- A1 (Audio Lead / Mixer)
- Lead audio for main stage including speeches and panels Mix and manage all microphones, playback, and overall show audio Ensure clean, consistent audio for both live experience and recorded outputs Oversee gain structure, EQ, and overall mix quality throughout the event Coordinate closely with A2 on mic needs, talent flow, and stage coverage Work with house AV to confirm system setup and integration Troubleshoot audio issues quickly during live programming Maintain overall responsibility for final audio quality and delivery •A2 (Audio Assist / Stage Tech)• Support A1 with all hands-on audio execution on stage and backstage Handle lav mic wiring, handheld distribution, and battery management Manage speaker transitions and ensure all talent is mic'd and ready Maintain organization of wireless mics, frequencies, and quick swaps Act as primary stage-side audio support during live sessions Communicate with A1 and production to stay ahead of any issues Troubleshoot mic or signal issues quickly on the floor Assist with setup, strike, and overall audio logistics
