Sound Mixer

Looking for a field Audio Mixer experienced in unscripted or doc-style productions. Must be comfortable mixing multiple lavs and booms in active, unpredictable environments and have prior experience working with A-list and athlete talent in both controlled and high-energy settings. Mixer must provide their own full field kit (mixer/recorder, wireless lavs, boom, IFBs, HOPs, and all necessary accessories) and be able to operate from an audio bag for the entire shoot day — no carts permitted due to limited space and mobility requirements. We're shooting a mix of verité, and light event coverage, so agility and the ability to maintain clear, consistent audio in dynamic situations are key. This is a small, collaborative crew, so we're looking for someone with a great attitude and willingness to pitch in across departments when needed.
