is expanding our field team by accepting applicants for electricians and lead/foreman in the Indianapolis, IN and surrounding counties. Responsibilities of the electrician include, but not limited to: Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels; installs Buss, Busbar, electrical feeders power systems and/or switchgear. Connect electrical power to commercial and industrial equipment. Determine wiring layouts. Follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems. Install brackets and hangers. Bending, threading and installing conduit. Install, replace and repair electrical equipment. Pulling and installing wiring throughout structures. Test continuity of circuits with test equipment. Troubleshoot faults in electrical systems. Perform all other electrician duties and maintain clean and orderly work area. Responsibilities of the lead/foreman include, but not limited to:
  • Install, maintain, repair, or replace electrical equipment and systems in strict accordance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Using standard and specialty electrical test equipment, Tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
  • Repairs, installs, replaces and tests electrical circuits, equipment and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments.
  • Repairs and maintains equipment in a skilled trade area.
  • Required to train/in-service employees on equipment usage and methods as necessary.
  • Repair, construct, install, troubleshoot, and maintain routine electrical systems and equipment.
  • Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment.
  • Installation of electrical and security infrastructure materials and equipment necessary to complete the job.
  • Installation of conduit (RGS & EMT), cable raceways, equipment enclosures, and required wire / cabling.
  • Use of equipment for testing continuity of copper conductors. We are looking for those team members that possess the following traits:
  • Must have commercial electrical experience.
  • Experience working with hand and power tools.
  • Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.
  • Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade.
  • Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Conceptualize concepts easily and visualize potential outcomes.

  • Valid driver's license with transportation.
  • Requirement for
Lead/Foreman:
Four or more years of lead foreman experience and meets position requirements.
