Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $17.50 / hour• What you'll be doing as an
Epoxy Mixer And Coater:
+ Perform surface preparation including cleaning, crack repair, and grinding as needed + Apply epoxy coatings and other materials according to specifications + Identify and address surface issues to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality + Monitor and manage curing times to ensure proper setting and durability + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and manage expectations. + Operate tools and equipment related to epoxy application and surface preparation + Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Proven experience with epoxy resin systems and other coatings + Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and curing processes + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Effective communication skills for team coordination and client interaction + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Physical stamina to perform manual labor and operate equipment + Background check and drug screening required Ready to take control of the way you work?
