In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all audio and visual elements of worship services, events, and recordings run smoothly and professionally. Your expertise will help create an engaging, immersive experience for congregation members and visitors alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a meaningful environment that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Duties Operate and maintain sound reinforcement systems, audio mixing consoles, and digital audio workstations (DAWs) to deliver high-quality live sound during services and events Set up, troubleshoot, and operate live event AV production equipment including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and video systems Manage sound design and audio editing for recordings, post-production projects, and content creation such as videos or promotional materials Coordinate with pastors, worship leader, musicians, and event organizers to ensure optimal audio clarity and visual presentation Record, edit, and produce multimedia content using software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid for church broadcasts or online streaming Conduct regular inspections of sound systems and recording studio equipment to ensure peak performance and safety standards Assist with videography and filming for church services or special events to enhance overall media quality Requirements Proven experience operating live sound engineering equipment including audio mixing consoles and signal processing tools Proficiency with Behringer Wing digital mixer, in-ear audio monitoring system, and digital cameras and associated broadcast platforms Strong knowledge of sound reinforcement systems operation and event audio equipment setup for live productions Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively during live events or recordings Experience with sound design, music mixing, post-production editing, and content creation is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and adapt to evolving event needs Join us in creating inspiring worship experiences through cutting-edge sound engineering!
