Job Description

Description Proposal Writer - Government Services Protiviti Government Services is seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to support our expanding government practice. The Proposal Writer will play a key role in developing high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals for federal, state, and local government clients. The ideal candidate brings strong proposal lifecycle management experience, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.   • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, bidding, and winning public-sector management consulting proposals.
  • Shipley Boot Camp certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting proposal content libraries, including written narratives and graphics assets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint or similar document management systems; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio); and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to collaborate with personnel at all organizational levels, from technical staff to executive leadership, and influence stakeholders to achieve proposal objectives.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, assertiveness, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
