$30/Hr on W2 (Max) We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer / AI Documentation Transformation Consultant to modernize and transform enterprise documentation processes for a cybersecurity product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, content operations, knowledge management, and AI-assisted content workflows. This role will assess current documentation practices, establish AI-driven content strategies, define governance and information architecture standards, and implement scalable documentation frameworks using platforms such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, SharePoint, or Document360.
