Mon-Fri (Daytime Hours Can be flex between 8-9 am start- will work 8 hours per day) Manager looking to start selected candidate ASAP after screenings have cleared
Interview Process:
1st will be a video conference, could extend to a 2nd interview depending upon candidate This position focuses on documenting processes within the Heart Failure Division, utilizing established templates. The associate will collaborate across multiple departments, working closely with managers, stakeholders, and various operational teams. This role falls within the Heart Failure Division, specifically supporting Operations and Continuous Improvement efforts. Key tools used include Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and PowerPoint. Experience with Windchill is a plus.
Process Flow:
Information is gathered from meetings, provided documentation, and internal systems to develop process documentation. Drafts are then shared with stakeholders for review and approval. Follow-up is conducted as needed to address questions, gather additional details, and incorporate updates. Finalized documents are uploaded upon approval. Must be detail oriented, very organized and have the ability to multitask. Will be working on multiple documents at one time. Will also be utilizing multiple sites and systems. Good follow through required and excellent communication skills to ask to qualifying/follow up questions regarding the various processes that are being documented.
Top Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a technical writer or document specialist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with continuous change
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; however, an associate degree combined with relevant work experience will also be considered.
