Job Description
- Research, write, edit, and maintain technical manuals, user guides, quick reference guides, training guides, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, product specialists, subject matter experts, and managers to gather, verify, and organize technical information.
- Convert complex product, process, or equipment information into clear step-by-step instructions that support safe and effective use.
- Review existing documentation and training content for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and alignment with current procedures.
- Maintain version control, document standards, templates, and style guidelines.
- Support product launches, process changes, compliance updates, and continuous improvement initiatives by producing timely documentation and training materials.
- Ensure materials meet company quality, safety, regulatory, and branding requirements. Qualifications
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- An ability to communicate clearly and concisely with presenter/instructor skills a plus.
- Experience with Adobe products suite a plus.
- Experience with PTC products such as Windchill, Creo Illustrate, Arbortext Editor and CAD design engineering a plus.
