Role:
Culmen International is looking for a Technical Writer to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Springs, MD. What You'll Do in
Your New Role:
The Technical Writer develops clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation supporting PHCoE clinical, research, and operational activities. The position translates complex scientific and technical information into practical tools and guidance for clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders. Develop clinical support tools and operational documentation. Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prepare technical reports and project documentation. Support development of implementation plans and user guides. Translate scientific findings into actionable products. Ensure compliance with DoD formatting and publication requirements. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Health Communications, or related field. Experience supporting healthcare, public health, or government programs. Strong editing and document management skills. Public Trust; contract requires US Citizenship. About the
