3 days onsite) We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Labeling Project Specialist to support product labeling and documentation projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating labeling deliverables, managing project timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams from project start through completion. Key Responsibilities Manage the creation, revision, and approval of product labeling, Instructions for Use (IFUs), packaging artwork, labels, and related documentation. Coordinate labeling projects, develop schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of project objectives. Collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, marketing, and project teams to gather content and manage document revisions. Facilitate document reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and customer requirements are met. Monitor project risks, communicate status updates, and resolve issues affecting timelines or quality. Support document control processes, labeling implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated industry. At least 2 years of labeling, technical writing, documentation, or document control experience. Medical device industry experience required. Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
