You will collaborate with stakeholders, assess current-state systems, and recommend practical improvements that deliver measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy client-facing work, structured problem solving, and translating complex technical concepts into clear plans. Requirements We're looking for a consultant who can combine strong technical fundamentals with excellent communication and documentation. Experience gathering requirements and documenting business and technical needs Ability to analyze systems, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions Comfort working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders Strong written communication for reports, proposals, and runbooks Responsibilities You will lead discovery, define recommendations, and support execution with a clear delivery approach. Conduct discovery workshops and current-state assessments Create solution recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation plans Support project delivery with status updates, risks, and mitigation plans Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure solutions match requirements
