We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $32 - $38, along with a collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and professional development. Responsibilities Create clear and engaging technical documentation that meets user needs Develop user manuals, technical guides, and tutorials Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand technical specifications Update and maintain existing documentation to ensure accuracy Research and write content for blog posts and marketing materials Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all written materials Contribute to project discussions and provide insights on content strategy Familiarize yourself with our software products to create effective documentation Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content Detail-oriented with a knack for research Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, DITA) is a plus Basic knowledge of software development processes is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Degree in English, Technical Communication, or related field is a plus
