Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meeting schedules and diligently follow up on action items. Provide on-site interpretation support for engineering teams during technical communications. Translate technical and customer-facing reports between Chinese and English. Take accurate meeting minutes for customer and internal meetings. Assist supervisors in preparing and delivering customer training sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major. Fluent oral and written proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required to perform core translation and interpretation duties. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
Standard office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and occasionally move about the office to access files and machinery.
