Job Description

Technical Writer Technical Writer is responsible for producing high-quality content, working with developers, engineers, product managers, marketers, and usability experts to represent Park Place products and services. What you'll be doing: Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements. Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write product documents and marketing collateral material. Develop content for alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation. Produce high-quality copy that is appropriate for the intended audiences (Internal and external).
This may include:
Blogs White papers Case studies Web site copy Bylines and articles for publications Press releases Training materials Social media copy Executive communications Content for PPT (Park Place Technologies) employee newsletters Content for industry analysts Other writing as needed Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of Park Place products and the documentation requirements Work with the PPT team to respond to RFPs Other duties as assigned. What we're looking for: Proven working experience in technical writing of IT (Information Technologies) documentation 2 to 7 years' experience. Excellent writing skills. Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text. Creative, self-motivated team player.
Bonus Points:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Travel:
10% #LI-HW1
