Job Description
- Create and update manuals such as maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogs.
- Translate engineering data from CAD models, test results, and specifications into readable documentation.
- Produce visual aids like diagrams, schematics, and illustrations to support written content.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulations, including AS9100, FAA and EASA requirements.
- Review and revise existing documentation to maintain accuracy and reflect design changes or updates.
- Adapt technical content for non-technical audiences when needed, such as for press releases or promotional materials.
- Must possess a combination of technical aptitude and strong writing skills.
- Must understand complex mechanical, electrical, and aerospace systems, and interpret engineering drawings, and apply industry-specific terminology accurately.
