Responsibilities:

Review and analyze solicitation requirements from various business channels Lead cross-functional team discussions on response strategies Prepare presentations and responses to RFIs, ITBs, RFQs, and RFPs Compile materials and information from multiple departments for proposals Maintain and update the Proposal Services Team's content library Ensure accuracy and consistency in proposal responses and public information Produce graphics and ensure compliance with brand guidelines Manage intake of proposal and sales support requests Translate inputs into clear, persuasive messaging Support administrative aspects of solicitation responses Incorporate feedback and industry best practices into proposal development CORP

• Mandatory Skills:

  Undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, or Communication Minimum of four years of professional writing experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Strong project management experience/skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience using AI writing tools Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams CORP
