Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience developing structured business or technical documentation. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experience working with document templates, formatting standards, and style guidelines. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to gather and organize information from multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment. Must reside in South Carolina or be willing to relocate prior to the start of the assignment. Develop comprehensive RFP documents for multiple technology and business initiatives. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather business, technical, and procurement requirements. Draft and organize project scope, technical requirements, deliverables, staffing expectations, and evaluation criteria. Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. Review existing documentation and incorporate relevant information into new solicitation packages. Update and maintain procurement documentation while supporting additional documentation and business analysis activities as needed.
