DURATION
: 3 month contract Role Overview This role serves a dual function: acting as a Scrum Master and Technical Writer for the Live in 45 toolkit, while also leading program management initiatives. The contractor will drive delivery velocity, maintain high‑quality product documentation, and coordinate across multiple teams to support organizational goals. Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming for cross‑functional teams. Own prioritization and ongoing management of the product backlog in partnership with technical and business stakeholders. Create, maintain, and update high‑quality technical documentation, user guides, and release notes for the Live in 45 toolkit, ensuring clarity for both internal teams and external partners. Lead program management initiatives across the organization to improve operational efficiency. Own reporting and consolidation of program efforts for sr leadership, including internal updates and narrative content suitable for external blogs and marketing use.
MUST HAVES
2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management (technology or consulting environments preferred). Hands‑on experience managing product and/or operational backlogs using standard Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, similar) Demonstrated operational excellence , including process improvement, backlog triage, and workflow optimization across cross‑functional teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and reporting cadences simultaneously. Proven experience with knowledge management, content curation, and process documentation. Experience consolidating data across systems and producing clear, executive‑ready reporting. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
