Job Description

Position Summary:
This role is a significant, year-long commitment that requires high levels of dedication, health management, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Commitment:
Understanding the medical screening process for surrogacy - Internal training available.
Communication:
Maintain open and regular communication with the intended parents, offering updates and building a trusted partnership
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Compensation:
$55,000-$110,000+ (depending on experience, agency, and state).
Bonuses:
Starting at $5,000+
Insurance:
Medical expenses related to the pregnancy are covered.
Legal Protections:
Protection through a legal contract ensuring intended parents take custody of the child.
