Job Description

Overview Abacus Technology is seeking a Technical Intelligence Specialist to support sensitive program development for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities Provide support to
AFNWC/NCW
Integration Division by providing all-source threat intelligence to the Mission Worthiness Assessment. Support
AFNWC/NC
Intel OSF by conducting research, preparing briefings, and participation in IC community of interest related to strategic communications. Qualifications 3+ years experience in engineering for acquisitions programs. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Able to provide system engineering and technical analysis level inputs in support of major acquisition decisions and in accordance with current acquisition guidelines. Able to identify intelligence requirements early in the lifecycle to minimize cost, schedule, and performance risks. Demonstrated use of predictive statistics. Knowledge of coding in Python and or R is a plus. Experience using a wide variety of MS Excel functions (development of macros is a plus). Able to understand and interpret system engineering models of a platform/system. Able to apply knowledge of the electromagnetic spectrum and wave propagation theory. Must be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a focus on processes, and be comfortable briefing senior leaders. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be willing to travel approximately 2-4 times a year for up to a week at a time within CONUS. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance. The projected compensation range for this position is $135,000-$153,000. There are multiple factors that can impact a final salary, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (if remote or different from the stated location for this position), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
