Job Title Proven experience in technical writing, specifically in documenting SOPs. Strong ability to understand and document complex processes in a clear and accessible manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Visio). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with commercial insurance regulatory standards and requirements is a plus.
