Technical Writer II - Medical Device Labeling $45.00/Hour | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | Arden Hills, MN Are you an experienced Technical Writer with a background in medical device labeling and regulated documentation? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage product labeling projects from concept through release. What You'll Do as a Technical Writer II - Medical Device Labeling Manage the creation, revision, and release of medical device product labeling, including labels, Instructions for Use (IFUs), Directions for Use (DFUs), packaging artwork, cartons, pouches, and related documentation. Coordinate labeling projects from initiation through completion, develop project timelines, and track milestones. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather content, manage revisions, and ensure deliverables remain on schedule. Review labeling content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. Coordinate desktop publishing, artwork generation, document control, and release activities. Monitor project risks, resolve issues impacting timelines, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. Technical Writer II - Medical Device Labeling Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in a regulated industry. 2+ years of medical device labeling experience. Experience with medical device documentation and product labeling required. Technical writing experience strongly preferred. Project management experience preferred. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project is strongly preferred. Experience with medical, electrical, or capital equipment is a plus.
