Proven experience managing and mentoring technical writers, including performance management and career development. Strong understanding of documentation best practices, content strategy, and structured authoring. Experience developing and maintaining style guides, content standards, and governance processes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within cross-functional product teams. Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, or similar platforms.
