Description:

Write and maintain comprehensive API documentation, SDK guides, and developer tutorials. Collaborate with engineering to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, developer-friendly content. Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with style guidelines. Review and edit for clarity, usability, and technical accuracy. Use coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to automate repetitive documentation tasks. Work with XML DITA and Oxygen XML Author for structured content management. Use AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to improve writing efficiency and content quality. Use AI for content drafting, style checking, and consistency reviews. Stay current with AI developments that benefit documentation workflows. Required Qualifications 3-7 years of technical writing experience, preferably for developer-facing products or APIs. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and clarity. Basic to intermediate coding/scripting abilities (Python, JavaScript, or similar). Experience with XML DITA and Oxygen XML Author. Familiarity with docs-as-code (Markdown, Git/GitHub). Knowledge of API documentation standards and tools (OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman).
