In this role, you will craft clear, comprehensive, and engaging technical documentation that effectively communicates complex information to diverse audiences. Your expertise will support product development, user training, and technical communication initiatives, ensuring our clients and internal teams have access to high-quality content that enhances understanding and usability. Duties Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation including user manuals, guides, FAQs, and online help resources using advanced documentation tools. Collaborate closely with software developers, engineers, and product managers to interpret technical information and translate it into accessible content for varied audiences. Create visual content such as diagrams and flowcharts using graphic design software like Visio to enhance clarity and engagement. Edit and proofread all technical content for consistency, accuracy, and clarity while adhering to style guides and quality standards. Manage content within content management systems (CMS) ensuring organized storage and easy retrieval of documentation assets. Conduct research on new products or updates to existing products to ensure documentation remains current and comprehensive. Support agile development processes by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation workflows. Requirements Proven experience in technical writing or software documentation with a strong portfolio of published work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) along with advanced skills in Visio for creating diagrams. Expertise in content creation tailored for technical audiences with excellent editing, proofreading, and technical interpretation skills. Familiarity with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare or similar platforms. Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills in English—both written and verbal—to convey complex ideas clearly. Experience working with content management systems (CMS) for organizing large volumes of documentation efficiently. Ability to conduct research, analyze technical data, and translate it into user-friendly formats while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
