On average our CR Writers can generate anywhere from $250 - $450+ per day WE are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Condition Report Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing and documenting the condition of vehicles, ensuring comprehensive reports that support vehicle evaluations, restorations, and insurance claims. Your keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to delivering high-quality reports that meet industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with automotive professionals and enthusiasts alike, helping to facilitate smooth vehicle assessments and restorations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their current condition, including exterior, interior, engine components, and structural integrity Utilize hand tools and automotive repair equipment to examine vehicle parts and identify issues or damages Document detailed condition reports with clear descriptions, photographs, and measurements for each vehicle inspected Collaborate with mechanics and auto body repair specialists to gather additional insights or clarify findings Ensure all reports adhere to company standards and industry best practices for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized records of all reports, photographs, and inspection notes for future reference or client review Requirements Proven Bodyshop and or Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or vehicle maintenance Familiarity with auto body repair techniques and auto restoration processes Experience using hand tools and automotive service equipment effectively and safely Strong understanding of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and structural components Prior mechanic experience or automotive service background is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation skills to produce clear, comprehensive reports Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy Join our team as a Condition Report Writer and play a vital role in delivering precise vehicle assessments that support our clients' needs.
