Monday - Friday, standard business hours Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Committee Minutes Specialist / Technical Writer to support Risk Governance and Management Committees. This role is responsible for producing accurate, audit-ready meeting minutes and maintaining official records of committee discussions, decisions, and actions. The ideal candidate has strong technical writing and documentation skills , experience capturing complex discussions, and the ability to manage confidential information in a structured, governance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare clear, concise, and impartial committee meeting minutes following standardized templates and formatting Capture attendance, quorum, roles, and participation details Document discussions, decisions, action items, votes, and rationale Manage confidential sessions with discretion and proper documentation standards Coordinate post-meeting workflows including draft circulation, reviews, revisions, and final approvals Maintain document repositories and ensure proper version control Track action items in coordination with stakeholders Archive finalized minutes in compliance with governance and audit requirements Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or minute-taking Strong ability to summarize complex discussions objectively and accurately Excellent attention to detail and document control experience Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Experience handling confidential or sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint , and document repositories (e.g., Box or similar) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executive committees, governance boards, or risk teams Background in banking, financial services, or regulated environments Exposure to Chief of Staff or executive support functions Certifications such as PMP or CAPM (nice to have) What We're Looking For Strong writers who can capture discussions with precision and neutrality Highly organized professionals with exceptional attention to detail Candidates comfortable working in structured, compliance-driven environments Individuals who can manage tight timelines and multiple stakeholdersSimilar jobs in San Antonio, TX
