Contingent upon contract award Position Summary Summit Technologies is seeking a Business Process Analyst / Technical Writer to support
ARNG CSO-S/SGS
staff action processes, SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, process improvement, business rules, and technical writing. This position supports ARNG staff action control, correspondence standards, workflow management, and continuity. Responsibilities Document business processes, workflows, procedures, and performance measures. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, continuity products, and process guides. Support ARNG staff action training and workflow manager support. Analyze existing processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support data collection plans, reporting tools, records processes, and archive procedures. Maintain electronic data requirements, file plans, inventories, and retrieval aids. Support correspondence standards, templates, and staff action guidance. Coordinate with Government leads, Action Officers, Workflow Managers, and directorates. Communicate process improvement efforts to internal and external stakeholders. Support SharePoint and repository content related to ARNG staff action processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Technical Writing, English, Information Science, Management, or related field preferred. Five to seven years of relevant experience in business process analysis, technical writing, SOP development, staff action support, workflow analysis, or process improvement. Strong writing, documentation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel. Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access. Preferred Qualifications ARNG, NGB, Army, DoD, or headquarters staff experience. Experience with staff action control, executive correspondence, workflow manager training, or business process improvement. Experience developing Government SOPs, templates, or training guides.
