Local •The Opportunity:
The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, activities associated with DIA local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WAN) and unified communication (UC) services.Responsibilities:
Documentation Creation Collecting and interpreting existing customer tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to create and draft various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, references, manuals, cheat sheets, and instructions. Writing and editing technical documentation for all project hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and how-to documentation. Creating code documentation for software; producing implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; providing field, data definition, and data flow documentation. Formatting technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel. Team Support Supporting the engineering team with documentation for system components and engineering artifacts. Collaborating and working directly with developer teams to design and develop developer-oriented documentation.Communication:
Explaining scientific and technical ideas in simple language. Working with customers to translate their functional requirements into detailed technical specifications. Distilling complex information into clear, concise text. Communicating information that requires explanation or interpretation.Process and Standards:
Applying writing and grammar skills to deliver accurate documentation under tight deadlines. Using documentation tools to develop templates and create output in various mediums. Demonstrating knowledge and understanding ofSDLC, IC
ITE, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and PWS terminology.Document Management:
Preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI w/Poly BA/BS plus 7 years of relevant experience Established and productive individual contributor. Experience handling difficult to moderately complex problems. Ability to influence other technical staff through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices.Desired:

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
