This role works closely with engineers, subject-matter experts, product teams, and other stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible documentation for technical and nontechnical audiences. Required Skills Bachelor's degree Demonstrated experience in technical writing, technical editing, or documentation development. Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and document structure. Ability to understand complex technical material and communicate it clearly. Strong research, interviewing, fact-checking, and organizational skills. Experience using Microsoft Word, including templates, styles, tracked changes, tables, and cross-references. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines. 3-10+ years of relevant experience Active TS/SCI clearance Desired Skills Master's degree Experience with content-management, collaboration, or publishing tools such as SharePoint. Familiarity with structured authoring, plain-language principles, and accessibility standards. Experience developing documentation for government, defense, engineering, software, cybersecurity, or other regulated environments.
