$29.65 per hour What's the Job? Review incoming RFPs, capability requests, and new-business opportunities to identify requested services and technical areas. Assign and distribute requests across TAG resources based on service area, complexity, and capacity. Maintain visibility of team workload and identify capacity constraints or workload imbalances. Coordinate clarification of incomplete or unclear requests and escalate complex requests to senior team members. Monitor workflow, track requests, and support performance reporting through metrics and KPIs. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related life science discipline. Professional experience in a scientific, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or related environment. Ability to interpret scientific and technical information accurately. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
