Job Description

Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Communications Department supporting the Customer Service and Application Support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to process complex technical information clearly, and a proactive approach to documentation and training material development, which will align successfully in the organization.

on W2 What's the Job? Understand and create comprehensive user-facing documentation for WISE applications and related customer service initiatives. Develop and maintain training materials, knowledge base articles, and communication content that simplify complex technical concepts. Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather information and ensure accuracy. Process and document end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies. Disseminate technical information effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and accessibility. What's Needed? 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, communication, or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in external communications. Ability to understand and document technical concepts, working closely with product teams and subject matter experts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Current Wisconsin residency; remote work is not permitted, but occasional in-person events are required.
