Part-Time Content Producer Osight Location:

25-40 hours per week (additional hours during launches/events as needed)
Compensation:

Responsibilities Produce high-quality product photo and video content Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Assist with long-form YouTube and branded productions Capture cinematic B-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and lifestyle content Edit fast-turnaround social content and campaign assets Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and launches Organize and manage media assets and project files Travel occasionally for events, range days, and productions Requirements Must own professional production equipment: Camera systems Audio equipment Lighting gear Editing workstation/software Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro Capcut Strong understanding of: Social media trends and pacing Product storytelling Cinematic editing Vertical video content Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments Preferred Qualifications Experience within the firearms, outdoor, or tactical industry Photography and photo editing experience Drone operation experience Motion graphics or animation Experience working with influencers, creators, or sponsored athletes Thumbnail and graphic design skills Compensation Recommended hiring range: $40-$55/hour DOE How to Apply Please send the following to john@osight.com : Resume Portfolio Social media links Sample video/photo work Equipment list Availability Relevant experience
