The ideal candidate is fast, creative, detail-oriented, and deeply understands what makes content work on social platforms. This role is for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment - turning existing footage, stock, and user-generated content into engaging, social-forward edits with speed, instinct, and polish. You should be able to:

Create high-quality social content, short-form edits, sizzles, reels, and digital cutdowns from existing footage libraries, stock assets, and UGC. Create engaging edits that feel native to social platforms while maintaining brand tone and visual consistency. Work quickly and efficiently across multiple projects with fast turnaround times and shifting priorities. Digest creative feedback clearly and accurately, incorporating notes with strong attention to detail. Operate as a self-starter - staying aware of client feedback and project updates through email communication and proactively moving edits forward. Communicate clearly with producers and post supervisors when clarification or creative direction is needed. Pull selects and build compelling narratives from a wide range of footage types including interviews, events, lifestyle shoots, commercial footage, and creator content. Pair strong pacing, music, graphics, captions, and visual rhythm to create highly watchable social content. Maintain organized project files and update tracking spreadsheets/project grids with accurate links and status updates throughout production. Comfortably work independently or collaboratively within fast-moving creative teams. Motion Graphics & Advanced Skills (Preferred) Execute clean text animation, motion graphics, captions, and platform-native graphic treatments that enhance storytelling. Design and animate titles, transitions, supers, and graphic elements with a polished social-first sensibility. Understand current social trends, pacing styles, and platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc. Required Skills & Tools Expert in Adobe Premiere and CapCut Strong sense of pacing, comedic timing, music selection, typography, and visual rhythm Experience editing social-first content in a fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented with strong file management habits Comfortable managing multiple edits and deadlines simultaneously To apply, please send a reel/portfolio, resume, and a short note about yourself.
