full-time ?nel Health is an early-stage health and wellness company, and we are looking for a Content Creator and Producer to make, edit, and publish video for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You will own content from idea to post: filming, editing, and shipping short-form video that looks great and performs. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives on these platforms, has a sharp eye for health and wellness trends, and can turn them into content quickly. It is a good fit for an undergraduate or graduate student, or a recent grad, with a background in media, journalism, film, marketing, or PR who wants real ownership and a real audience.

San Diego, CA, on site 3+ days per week The role You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish content across our social channels while working closely with the marketing team. You will handle the full production process: capturing footage with a good sense of shots, angles, and lighting, editing in tools like CapCut and Descript, and repurposing content so it fits every platform. You will keep an eye on what is working, spot new health and wellness trends early, and turn them into content that feels right for each channel. Expect to ship often, learn fast, and see your work reach a real audience. Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish short-form video for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Own the full production process, from concept and filming through editing, captioning, and posting.
  • Shoot with a strong sense of composition, angles, lighting, and sound.
  • Edit and repurpose content using tools such as CapCut, Descript, and Repurpose.io, using AI features where they speed up the work.
  • Create supporting graphics and thumbnails in Canva, and plan and track content in Notion.
  • Spot health and wellness trends early and turn them into timely content that fits each platform.
  • Track performance and use what you learn to improve the next post.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, schedules, and ideas. Minimum qualifications
  • Hands-on experience creating and editing video for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, and Repurpose.io, or equivalents.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and Notion.
  • A strong understanding of how each social platform works and what performs on it.
  • A good eye for shots, angles, and lighting, and the ability to produce clean, engaging video.
  • A knack for spotting health and wellness trends early and acting on them quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team.
  • Well suited to current undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates, with a background in media, journalism, film, marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Based in San Diego and able to work on site at least three days per week.
  • Active social media accounts to share as your portfolio.
