Video Editor Assistant Emergency University - 4.3 San Jose, CA Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Media editing tools Full Job Description As a Video Editor Assistant, you will work closely with our Video Editor to create engaging and informative training videos for our online courses. You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the video editing process, from footage organization to final production. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing and managing footage for video projects Edit video content according to established guidelines and standards Add graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of videos Collaborate with the Video Editor to create engaging and informative training videos Ensure that all videos are completed on time and meet the company's quality standards Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the video editing process Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and production
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in video editing and production Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for creating high-quality and engaging video content Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Why Work for Us?
