Video Editor (Social Media & E-commerce)

Job Overview Kissprom is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. This role focuses on editing engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, understands current social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube), and can create visually appealing content that drives engagement and conversions. This is a full-time, on-site position . Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content for marketing and branding Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos Add music, captions, subtitles, transitions, and effects aligned with brand style Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand campaign goals and creative direction Optimize videos for different platforms (format, timing, trends, hooks, etc.) Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and branding across all content Manage and organize video files and assets Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new creative ideas Assist with basic filming or content creation when needed Qualifications Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects) Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills Basic knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics Good communication and teamwork skills Portfolio required (must include social media or marketing-related work) Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or apparel industry Experience creating viral or high-engagement content Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram algorithms and content strategy Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus Benefits Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan or Medical Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick Leave (in compliance with California law)
