Job Description The Music Room is seeking a full-time Content Producer to support the creation of high-quality visual content across our digital channels. This role will be responsible for producing, shooting, and editing both video and photo content that showcases our products, brand, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative professional who is comfortable managing the full content production process

  • and can produce content optimized for web, email, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production:
Shoot high-quality video and photography of HiFi audio gear, setups, and environments. Capture product-focused and lifestyle imagery that aligns with brands standards. Lead all video production on live feeds for events we host. Collaborate with marketing team to plan shoots and content needs.
Editing & Post-Production:
Edit video content for YouTube, social media, websites, and paid ads. Produce short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form content. Color grade, sound edit, and optimize content for each platform. Edit photos to be the best they can be for social media, websites, email, paid ads, and more.
Content Distribution:
Upload and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Format content appropriately for each channel. Maintain a consistent posting cadence.
Creative Execution:
Help develop content ideas based on products, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Understand content batching and how to take one video or one shoot and turn it into multiple pieces of content. Support campaigns like product launches, events, and brand storytelling. Organize and maintain digital asset libraries for video and photo content.
Requirements Production & Technical Expertise Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in video production, photography, or multimedia content creation.
Editing:
Proficiency in editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom) or Final Cut Pro.
Studio & Field Mastery:
Proficient understanding of lighting, visual composition, and high-quality audio capture for video.
Strategy & Execution Project Leadership:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining high visual storytelling standards.
Independent Operator:
A self-starter capable of managing entire shoots and projects from concept to delivery independently.
Scalable Thinking:
Ability to turn content creation into a repeatable, scalable system rather than one-off projects.

Wages:
This position has a projected starting rate at 60K (DOE)
