ROLE OVERVIEW
We are growing our Client Services & Media Operations team and are looking for a sharp, self-driven Audio/Video Producer & Editor to own end-to-end production of corporate presentations for live capital markets transactions. You will moderate high-stakes recording sessions with senior banking executives and corporate issuers, edit raw recordings into investor-ready productions, manage complex multi-asset projects on our Deal Roadshow and Evercall platforms, and produce AI-generated audio, all on tight, unforgiving timelines. This role is built for someone who owns their work•technically precise, confident under pressure, and relentlessly detail-oriented.
Responsibilities End-to-End Production:
Manage the production process from A to Z, including the organization of all digital assets and distribution of audio & video projects.
Recording Moderation:
Moderate virtual corporate recording sessions via Zoom and Teams, guiding clients through presentation best practices and actively managing real-time quality control to ensure a high-fidelity production.
Precision Editing:
Edit audio (Descript, Audacity) or video (Premiere Pro), seamlessly syncing media to corporate slide presentations to deliver a polished final product.
AI Audio Generation:
Generate and edit AI text-to-speech audio, carefully managing scripts carefully to guarantee natural pacing and accurate pronunciations.
Project Management:
Direct the upload and organization of final media assets to the Deal Roadshow platform, carefully coordinating complex project structures and multiple version iterations.
Live Event Preparation:
Review live event bookings that utilize pre-produced audio/video to ensure all media components are prepared ahead of launch.
Client Support:
Provide best-in-class phone and email support to clients utilizing our media-based services, while soliciting and internally communicating client feedback
WHAT YOU BRING
Hard Skills 1-2 years of experience working in audio, video or live event production (required) Proficiency with Descript, Audacity, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent professional editing tools; ability to create basic graphics and title cards in Adobe Premiere is a plus Understanding of production workflows, including recording, editing, and asset management Strong proficiency with computers, online research, and the ability to quickly learn new applications Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail: You catch errors others miss and you check your work more than once Urgency and self-starter mentality: You monitor your queue proactively, prioritize without being told, and treat every production as time-sensitive Independent problem-solver: You swiftly prescribe solutions to a wide range of impromptu challenges during media productions Strong critical thinking: You can analyze a complex, multi-part project and make sound, independent judgments about asset organization, upload logic, and client-facing deliverables Excellent written and verbal communication in
