Candidates should be natural storytellers and creatives first. This position works closely with SVP of Creative Services, Producers, 3D Generalists, Graphic Designers , Storyboard Artist, Illustrators , and other post-production team members, and reports to the SVP of Creative Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan and perform video post-production tasks, including reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, develop rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, color grading, motion graphics, animation, audio and music, and final editing using Adobe Premiere/DaVinci Resolve Collaborate with the team throughout post production to meet the creative and technical goals of each unique project Video Editors will have multiple projects assigned; therefore, time management and flexibility are key to successfully stay on schedule Assist in studio productions Support the team throughout the creative and production process Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to support the Creative Department team Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects Strong finishing skills: able to handle color correction, color grading, sound effects, motion graphics, and possess the capability to deliver high quality design and stylized content Strong understanding of editing principles and current digital trends, with an ability to tell a cohesive story Finger on the pulse of viral digital video trends, with a knack for creative Ability to problem solve, work through issues, and produce under the pressure of deadlines Must have impeccable organizational and communication skills Ability to effectively manage time and schedules Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within a team required. Good cinematic portfolio. AI Video Production & Automation Proficient in AI-powered video creation, editing, and post-production workflows. Experience using AI tools to accelerate editing, enhance video quality, generate assets, and improve production efficiency. Ability to leverage AI for video editing, motion graphics, voice generation, transcription, translation, captioning, visual effects, and content repurposing. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and production output. Evaluate and implement new AI tools that enhance quality, speed, and scalability while maintaining brand standards Experience with AI tools such as: Runway Google Veo Topaz Video AI ElevenLabs Descript Kling Pika Midjourney Adobe Firefly Claude Education & Experience At least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution preferred #VES2
