Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Full Job Description Job Description:
We're hiring an experienced, self-sufficient video editor who can take raw footage, short-form content, long-form content, ads, and educational content and turn it into high-quality, engaging videos.
Your job is to:
Edit short-form content, long-form YouTube videos, ads, courses, and other video projects Add b-roll, captions, transitions, music, and effects to enhance storytelling Match fast-paced, modern styles seen on Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Ryan Pineda, Gary Vee, Dan Martell, etc.
MUST HAVES
If you don't meet these, this isn't the right role. Fluent in Premiere Pro Minimum 2 years professional editing experience Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and engaging video structure Comfortable working under management and taking creative direction Able to handle quick turnarounds, typically 1-3 day edits Able to adapt quickly to new workflows as our team and brand grow Self-motivated and independent — we are not looking to train from scratch
NICE TO HAVES
Experience editing financial, business, or entrepreneurship content Graphic design or animation skills, including Adobe After Effects or Adobe Photoshop Experience working with creators, influencers, marketing agencies, or paid ad teams
