12 Months (Possible Extension) Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality video content (70%) Support video productions in studio and field environments, including equipment operation and production assistance (20%) Provide general studio support and asset management (10%) Organize, catalog, and maintain video assets for the internal stock footage library Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, and creative partners to deliver engaging visual content Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and project objectives Required Qualifications & Skills 5 to 7 years of professional video editing experience Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator Experience working with professional cinema cameras such as Sony, Canon, Panasonic, and RED Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, transcoding, and export workflows Working knowledge of video production equipment, lighting, and audio systems Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite Audio editing skills with the ability to optimize sound quality Ability to work independently while effectively following creative direction Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Willingness to travel up to 10% Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions Portfolio or demo reel submission required with application Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success delivering a variety of video projects, including promotional, commercial, and social media content Experience with motion graphics, 2D animation, and/or 3D animation Familiarity with heavy equipment, with operating experience considered an advantage Experience creating content within agriculture, construction, forestry, turf, or related industries Background working in both studio environments and outdoor production settings Experience supporting large corporate brands and working with senior leadership stakeholders Education Bachelor's degree in Videography, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Production, or related discipline.
