This is a rare chance to shape the visual identity of a young brand and have a real hand in where it goes next. About us We're a small, ambitious production company creating cinematic wedding content — the kind of films couples rewatch for years. As a startup, we move fast, wear multiple hats, and care deeply about the quality of what we put out. If you want ownership, creative input, and the chance to build something, keep reading. What you'll do Edit polished, emotional wedding films — highlight reels, feature films, teasers, and social cuts Take a full day of raw footage and shape it into a story that captures the couple's day Handle color grading, sound design, music syncing, pacing, and overall flow Deliver consistently on deadlines while managing multiple weddings at once Collaborate on creative direction and help define our visual style as we grow On occasion, support our separate marketing agency with edits as needed — note this is distinct from the production team, and wedding work is the core of the role What we're looking for Strong, proven editing skills — this is the heart of the role. Show us your reel. Fluency in [Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut — your stack]; bonus for After Effects or motion graphics A sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling — you know how to make a moment land Experience with wedding or event editing strongly preferred Strong music selection and sync instincts Someone hungry to grow a brand, not just complete tasks — you think about the bigger picture Self-starter energy: reliable, organized, and comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage company
